Associate

Sharon has been an associate with FOCUS Search Partners since April 2007. With more than 30 years of executive search experience, she leads the firm’s research efforts, including research strategy development, candidate and company identification and initial candidate assessment. She also develops and trains researchers and works with FOCUS Search Partners’ project teams and clients to ensure each search is initiated correctly and thoroughly, and delivers high-quality results.

Her client experience includes for- and non-profit healthcare systems, venture-backed and publicly-traded healthcare service companies and Fortune 50 companies focused on the healthcare industry.

In addition to her role with FOCUS Search Partners, Sharon is an independent consultant for SL Limited where she specializes in staffing research and recruitment including name generation and candidate contacting.

Other previous experience includes president of and partner with Exec-U-Search, an independent research firm that provides name generation services to corporations as well as search firms. Additionally, she was a researcher with Elaine R. Shepherd Company.
