Senior Associate

Caryn Yair, senior associate, joined FOCUS Search Partners in 2011, and leads the firm’s recruiting efforts. This involves developing well-planned networking strategies in both candidate development and candidate assessment, and building and developing superior industry and functional networks within tight timelines.

Caryn has worked in executive search for more than 20 years. Prior to joining FOCUS Search Partners, she was with the healthcare practice group of a worldwide international retained executive search firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Her responsibilities included recruiting CEOs, COOs, CFOs, board chairmen and other senior level positions for hospital systems (for-profit, non-profit, faith-based and academic), healthcare services, life sciences, managed care and pharmaceuticals.

She began her career with a small retained boutique search firm where she led its research efforts.

Caryn earned her degree from The Ohio State University.
